Seven years of service and my first accidental overdraft. Not only were they unforgiving (understandable, I suppose), but when I quoted their own letter about paying the balance with a debit card, I was told it was impossible. When I asked to be transferred to the Overdraft Customer Service line mentioned in the letter, I was told such a thing was also impossible. I have never had such unhelpful and rude service from a bank.
